They’re not leak proof but please don’t use them as regular Tupperware. Only use them to get an idea of what the actual portion size is. I was sold the first day when I used the veggie container. I would usually do 3 times as much veg (which isn’t bad) but I would of tossed the amount in an appropriate amount of olive oil which is why I am overweight lol. Definitely learning a lot with these little containers. I have probably been eating 3 times more than I am supposed to. I really like these little containers so I would never put them in the dishwasher for fear of losing them but they are so little that squirting a drop of soap in them and rinsing them is really no big deal.
