This ozone generator was used to sanitize a large yarn collection donated to my local yarn guild. Local owner Serve Pro told me how to use an ozone generator to salvage bags and boxes of expensive yarn that smelled of damp and cigarette smoke. I read the reviews, called the company and settled on this device. It worked as advertised but due to the condition of the yarn I had to run the generator in an enclosed space for several days before the smell was completely gone. The owner of Serv Bug told me it would take some time. This saved us $1,000 in yarn, which we now donate to charity. I also used a generator to greatly reduce the smell of the pet spray in the large plastic shed and eliminate the musty smell in the bedroom which currently has no air vent. If you have rentals, just buy one and have it on hand to remove the smoke smell (and deduct the cost from the deposit). I spent a lot of money renting them when I had a resort. The timer works, dealing with the company is pleasant. They even supply extra ceramic plates (required) with the unit.
