The product does not correspond to the description, poor quality.

The vacuum cleaner is good, despite the breakdown, but if you have money, take it with a self-cleaning station. The service of the store and itself is disgusting, I would say that it is absent.

Suction power, good cleaning quality, well oriented in space

Cons

After 2-3 months, I stopped seeing the rag and, accordingly, the function of wet cleaning, which was fundamentally important in a vacuum cleaner, disappeared. The store service does not respond to the message in the mail. The service is also not going to fulfill its duties. I wrote on September 26, now November 10, all this time in the chat they answer me that they are working on the issue, in fact, simply ignoring it and not solving it in any way. They do not transfer to the back, if it is not resolved in the near future, the issue will have to be resolved in another way.
