Review on WARN 29312 D-Ring Mount with 0.75-inch Pin for 2-inch Class III Receiver Hitch Mounts by Ognjen Cao

Made from a single piece of forged steel, this mount is just what you need for vehicle recovery. I don't understand the "sloppy landing" comments. Doesn't matter? You won't get a perfectly square piece of forged steel, but a small cosmetic fit/finish issue will not affect its function. I figured you could get a nice anodized aluminum square mount if cosmetics matter most to you (they're out there), but I don't think they're that strong. To get the full performance out of this mount, make sure you use it with a heat treated branded clutch pin. I don't know if all standard plain wrap pins are heat treated.
