On to the old school! - Kitchen Utensils and Gadgets
I wanted to go back to the old school and save the leftover bacon to re-roast the beans (I know it's not good for the heart, but yummy to eat from time to time). The problem I had was that the containers I used were not designed for pouring and storing drips safely. This container has a wide opening so I can pour and strain leftover bacon straight from the pan into the container. I like being able to store the strainer and the top of the container.
- Just the right size. This can of bacon is good for 5 cups (1.25 quarts or 40 fl oz) of delicious bacon grease right out of the pan. Made of stainless steel, use it in the kitchen as a grease trap and cooking oil filter to catch drips.
- The list is getting long.
