lue (Kitchen) This is a great casserole dish! I haven't had any of the problems some people have had with these pans. I used regular Pillsbury cake mix. I sprayed the pan with Baker's Joy, banged the filled pan on the table to make sure no bubbles/pockets had gone, and just waited a few minutes while the pans were out of the oven to remove them. Aside from a few overflows in the first batch, each of my cakes came out of the mold easily and perfectly formed. For cleaning, I did it right after the last batch, I had no problems at all. Soaked for 5 minutes and wiped everything down. My daughter and her friends really enjoyed decorating these cakes with icing. They were the perfect size for decoration. Slightly larger than a regular cupcake, but not too much. Can't wait to use this pan again.
