The support from team behind uiZa was always very helpful when I needed any guidance or help with anything related to using their products, it helped me alot! They have also been able to provide us training courses in many different languages which helps our customer service reps be more effective at providing product knowledge/support across all language platforms we offer services on (Spanish / Portuguese).
Sometimes there are some minor issues that can arise but they respond quickly whenever these do occur so its not really an issue as such just something you need time & effort setting up correctly - like how much compression does one use etc.. Also sometimes during high traffic periods of events where people want access straight away this causes problems due to server overload however once again it's easy enought fix by adjusting settings accordingly.- Support- Training Courses provided through multiple laguages.
