Cloud Based Customer Relationship Management Solution

It has been easy for our organization because of it's user friendly interface that is simple in managing multiple clients' cases at one time without errors or delays due too technical issues/incompetence from employees who are using this system regularly since many years now! The lackadaisical approach towards updates sometimes causes minor inconveniences but nothing major so far as I can see during my two year tenure here till date!! Nothing much yet, we have realized some benefits like having consolidated client file under only "Cases" folder which was not possible earlier; also there were problems while assigning tasks between different departments however all these got fixed after sometime by taking help / guidance form respective department heads (wherever applicable). Benefits include ease of accessing information about each individual customer within minutes via mobile devices even working out-of office hours etc., centralized database where data related activities could be analyzed easily alongwith recommendations made accordingly.
