This LUK slave cylinder was on my 2003 Honda Accord V6 6MT. I had a problem with the clutch and decided the problem was in the slave cylinder. The original had 190k/m. After the replacement I had the same problem. So I dismantled both the old and the new one. The original from Nissin had a gasket (O-ring like material) that was definitely tough and could soon fail. The new LUK had TWO! seals. I just don't see this thing failing like other people or saying it will unless what I have is an updated part.
