Review on πŸ’‘ Austin and Mills AM-L100 LED Round Puck Cabinet Lighting, 6-Pack in White by Jamie Jenkins

Revainrating 3 out of 5

It's easy to set up accent lighting, but it takes a lot of batteries!

This is a quick and easy way to add accent lighting under cabinets without running wires or outlets. And the variety of colors and effects can sometimes be fun and useful. The lighting isn't bright enough to effectively fight shadows on my desk. It is enough to move around the kitchen at night with the lights off. You'll come in handy during a power outage if you know where your remote is. If you expect a long shutdown, you can even disable some of them and switch between uses by holding the remote near one of them to turn them off. with a very glossy finish. These have been dry winter months so time will tell if they can handle the wet summer months. You can choose individual colors to remain constant, blink, fade, etc., or you can leave them cool white. The remote control has buttons to increase and decrease the brightness. The lights can go out when set in one of the motion sequences and suddenly there are different colors on the lights and that can get messy if you're not looking for it. This can be fixed by turning them all off and on again and restarting or resetting the template. The biggest downside is the sheer amount of batteries you need for this - 3 AAA batteries per light! And a button cell battery for the remote control. If you don't use the bulbs often, this might not be a big deal, but stock them up when you order if you want to use them all at once. Or consider buying enough rechargeable batteries to use one set while charging other sets.
