Review on 👟 Mizuno Wave Prophecy 8 Women's Running Shoe by Robert Johnson

I have had Mizuno Wave Prophecy for 3-7 generations and have loved them for my plantar fasciitis prone feet! Generation 7 is by far my favorite. Now that I've run 1,500 miles and done 350 HIIT sessions in the Gen 7 shoes, they're starting to show some wear. No shoe store near me had Gel 8 shoes to try on (there should have been a sign!) so I bought them online here. I got them for my birthday and I am so happy! Not so much when I put them on! They are extremely uncomfortable! They've replaced the top webbing that covers the jersey for reinforcement with a single webbing that goes right over your baby's finger! The reinforcement of the Gen 7 shoe was more like a web so you didn't just feel it in one place, it was well balanced. These 8th gen shoes were incredibly stiff and stiff, smaller than my usual 7.5, I would have been better off at 8 maybe up to 8.5 yes they were so small. I was shocked! The toe was short and narrow. I remember one of my 7th gen being very stiff and taking a while to break in, but the 8th gen was much worse and my legs couldn't handle it. Shame as I just had to return my birthday present! Damn Mizuno for ruining the perfect shoes! I have no idea where to buy my next pair of shoes that are almost as good as my Gen 7!
