Review on Carat Chiffon Flutter Sleeves Dresses Girls' Clothing by Mary Ashford
Simple but not particularly well done
It fits my 9yr. She is 56 inches tall and weighs 54 pounds. There was a snag on the front and the white was too shiny. I found another one we liked, or maybe I tried this one in ivory. But overall the fabric looked cheap. I returned it.
