This fleece is not going to keep you super insulated, especially in wind—its something thats great for lightweight and/or with layers under it. ItsActually really cute though and is sooo cozy, fluffy and comfy you could literally sleep in it. I’m 5’6” 155 DD cup and typically wear a M in jackets or fleeces but I bought a large because I wanted it bigger for layering under it; its roomy but not overkill just how I wanted. A medium wouldve worked too if I wanted it more fit, id say go your normal size it you want it fitted or size up if you want it roomy
