Our mattress is a little over a year old but my husband and I have disliked it since we got it, but they say it takes a few weeks/months for your body to adapt to the new mattress, and then next thing you know it was more of a hassle to return it than to keep it.

I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars on a memory foam mattress topper as I might as well save that and put it into a new mattress. A mattress cover with a little padding might do the work (that's what I told myself!).So here we are, it has been over a week since I got this and have very few observations about my experience:1 - If fits perfectly well (King size on King size mattress -- had used wrong King before and it has been a hassle)2 - It has very deep pocket so it goes all the way down (not sure if we have a 13 or 15 inch, forgot by now)3 - It is very soft and when I lay down I can feel a little bit of the comfort4 - My husband says he doesn't feel the difference and wakes up in pain (but still refuses to get out of bed early on his days off)5-We have this under the sheet and there is no noise as it is kept in place by it6 - No smells out of the box/bag7-It is so warm! Our bed is usually cold and I dare not move from my spot because the bed is so cold, but this seems to help and your new little spot warms up pretty quickly8 - With that being said, I don't know if this will work in the Summer/early Fall -- if it retains heat then I will have to remove itI have not washed it so I don't know how well it will do in the washing machine but I will guess this is more of a commercial washing machine than my little machine at home.Overall, I am pleased with this topper and have "no regerts"
