Review on Narrative Analytics Platform by Nicholas Lim

We have been using Narrative analytics for almost 5 years now to produce insights from our customer journey in real time. Its easy to use tool with great support team who are always available to guide you through any issues that arise. Nothing so far as I can think of but they do offer excellent training programs which is helpful when getting started with new tools or features. This is an amazing platform to be able to understand your customers better by analysing their behaviour online. The AI powered chatbots built into this software allows us to respond more effectively than before and reach out to our target audience quicker and easier.
