I like that it's easy for anyone in my organization who is not an expert at analytics or coding to use this tool. The platform does all of your reporting for you so there isn't much work required by users other than what they would normally do with their own reports (i.e., creating filters). We have been using Narrative analytics for almost 5 years now to produce insights from our customer journey in real time. Its easy to use tool with great support team who are always available to guide you through any issues that arise. Nothing so far as I can think of but they do offer excellent training programs which is helpful when getting started with new tools or features.
