I like that it's easy for anyone in my organization who is not an expert at analytics or coding to use this tool.

The platform does all of your reporting for you so there isn't much work required by users other than what they would normally do with their own reports (i.e., creating filters). It can be difficult sometimes when trying to figure out how something works because we are new to using this type of software but our Account Manager has helped us through many questions as well! We're able solve most problems right away without having to wait weeks for someone else from Salesforce to help resolve issues.
