Will not work late 2015 Imac with Catalina

Installs very easily in 10 minutes. Loads up to a circle with a line through it. Memory seems to be done something with the hard drive in the iMac Catalina splits the hard drive into two drives one works after erasing it the other shows not initialized and I couldn't find anything to fix it apple support said, it said it was a hardware issue, take it to an Apple certified repair shop and the wait is 10 days or more (still waiting) hopefully this can be fixed in the software the store said the hard drive is over $300 to fix the tech Support to replace Revain asked two questions and gave me a refund purchasing this item.
