Ringing in the toner
These toners are not ejecting ink and the quality of my documents is poor. The IT tech checked my printer and said that judging by the rattling noise inside the toner, it might have been exposed to moisture. I cannot use these toners and have ordered 2 double packs. I want to return the money.
