Since the purchase more than six months ago, I still can't wait to get a new chair so I can throw this repulsive trash in the trash, where it belongs. Even if I were paid more right now, I doubt I would accept it. During the assembly process, I regretted the purchase. We endured pain for an hour and had to cut the upholstery in certain spots, making it impossible for us to return the chair, but we still made the decision to give it a try. It started creaking after a few weeks. Standard lubrication was ineffective, so I got a thick one and applied it with a stick; it worked. True, there was a knock of some sort. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out where it originated from. Putting a cotton pad in between the two parts was helpful. Simply super assembly; say nothing. However, the armrest cracked two weeks later. The spouse leaned on his elbows and almost collapsed as a result. The backrest no longer rested on one armrest, therefore it had to be taken off. They promptly requested a replacement, got back to us after a week, provided us breakfast for the next month and a half, and eventually brought a new one. However, during this entire period, I was literally sitting and working on a stool without a back. Excellent service. But guess what? It all started in the fall, and it happened only a month ago, but already another armrest was broken! He seems to be hanging on after we prikolhozili him, but I have no more censorship words. It also started creaking again a few months later, and since then no amount of lubrication has been able to stop it. I don't know where the creak originates from, and it is quite unpleasant and inconsistent, like if a door from a horror movie that hasn't been greased in a while is creaking. I just can't take it anymore; it makes me angry. In conclusion, we made the decision to purchase a new, more expensive one. I sincerely hope there won't be any issues with it, even though I can't think of another chair that's as repulsive—I've never seen anything like it in my life. Never purchase; it is better to rent a normal office one for $3,000 to $5,000 instead. It will be of far higher quality.
