Helps with back pain
This pillow has helped my husband a lot with his back pain. The effect was gradual, not instantaneous: at first it was just a very comfortable pillow, but after using it for a few weeks he found he hadn't had back pain for quite some time. It is very convenient and easy to move from place to place. The only caveat is that using it in a car required adjustments to accommodate the increased height from sitting on a cushion.
