I use this on my exercise bike and wow the difference is amazing. Instead of getting off the bike with a sore back, I feel totally energized and untrained.

This pillow is soft and comfortable, but the back is a little high and you feel like you're leaning forward a little when you sit on it. I didn't feel it affected my posture much, but if you want a softer fit, this might work for you.
