There is no best penetrating oil on the planet
I've used it for tapping but where it really helps is loosening stuck parts. I used to work with steel jigs that were heated to 450F about 40 times a day. When it came time for service, the wedges and roll pins could not be moved. A few drops of Natural Tap Liquid on top and in the morning a few light taps will easily tear them apart. Nothing else worked. amazing things. I've been buying ever since.
