This is an even more beautiful centerpiece. The overall design is far more ambitious than the actual construction. While not fragile, it's a lot lighter than I expected. The petals are made from semi-thick holographic plastic, a little thinner than a soda bottle. Almost all parts are made of plastic, right down to the labels. The only non-plastic parts are the wire around the rose, small batteries, and a necklace that lets you look inside and see the writing inside. Lens (actually surprised how clear the words were) and a box that even includes a piece of tape to literally tie it all together. The piece can stand alone and can be easily removed to give to your significant other. The flickering lights come in two modes: a faster pulse, then a slower pulse, then a steady light mode. It's a cute idea and might be better suited for those who are into fantasy as it looks like it's giving off some sort of artificial crystal/magic effect.
