Unfortunately the first one I received came without a remote control and a bouquet of flowers. Looks like it has already been sent back. I was so disappointed. The problem was solved quickly, the money was refunded. I have ordered another one. This was well packaged with all parts and remote control. I still can't get it to stay on the timer setting. The quality is ok. Not very good for the money. I've since seen similar trees at craft stores that look much better and are almost half the price with similar lighting options. So maybe try it yourself first.
