I like how everyone says it's easy to set up. I'm an experienced IT professional and it took me a good ten minutes to figure out how to bypass all the pimping of their cloud service before I got the camera working. As mentioned in other reviews, you can only use this on a 2.4GHz WiFi network. I have both so there were no problems connecting. Then there was the task of trying. The picture is actually quite good, and so is the night vision. The app is cumbersome and confusing to use. It says you're limited to 6 seconds of video storage unless you buy a micro SD card for it. I bought a card and put it in the camera. The camera sees that he just finds how he asked me to format the card. I waved my hand at the camera for 30 seconds to check the save on my phone. EVEN AFTER INSERTING THE CARD, I was still limited to 6 second video clips. Two deliberate attempts to activate the motion detector never alerted my phone and saved the video. It's really expensive for what you're getting and the camera won't perform well enough to even justify it. Oh and I scanned the QR code that came with the camera and it took me to the app which is entirely in Chinese. I had to search for the app anyway so it was useless. Spend a little more and get a decent camera that will record straight to your phone.
