This dress fit me perfectly. It wraps and ties at the waist and the ruffled hem gives it a flirty, summery look. I also like the sleeves - not fitted so they will be cool as well. There is room at the shoulder for someone with more shoulder/chest and the closure at the waist could fit someone 3-4" smaller at the waist or 2-3" larger. A very forgiving dress. I am 5'6", 170 pounds with a pear shape.
