Not bad at the sale price (because of the previous generation). In fact, I'm glad I could find it to keep my Intuos 4 running. The travel case is also good, the lid of which prevents dust from sticking to the rubber. But I expected more from a top-notch product that digital artists use every day as their sole tool. It has the same interior as an ordinary ballpoint pen, which deteriorated over the years until it finally ripped out its tiny elastic interior. On the plus side, it replaces the rubberized top half of the nib with a very thin metal cap, making it feel more comfortable and not a sticky mess like the base pen. The bottom half of the stylus contains the same rubber as the main stylus, but this special rubber material doesn't deteriorate even after many years, so I think it's safe. The thin metal at the top also seems to give the grip a bit more volume, which makes the grip feel more comfortable. I stress a bit because I was expecting a major upgrade here. In the hand, it feels little better than squeaky, squeaky, like a buckle in the palm, like a regular pen. I was expecting a lot more stiffness and mass to make it more solid and balanced. as traditional artistic tools do for traditional media. I kept $5 brushes and crayons, which felt better in my hand than those plastic Pro pens that cost many times more.
