I'm so glad I spent a few extra dollars on this.

I bought this to replace the handle on my Cintiq 24hd that broke when I fell off my desk onto the wooden floor (something that shouldn't have broken if you ask me). I'm so glad I spent a few bucks more on this because the Pro Pen feels a lot more durable than the standard pen that came with the Cintiq and actually feels closer to the old Intuos II pen that the i have and that lasted over ten years old. . I had to update the drivers to get it working with the Cintiq, but once I fixed thatโ€ฆ

Great pen if your school campus doesn't give you one!

If you need to use Wacom tablets on campus for animation; then this is the pen for you, depending on which animation professor you ask. There was a problem on my college campus with these pens being stolen from the art lab. So both students and teachers had trouble getting these pens for just one of their classes because of these thieves, so the next best option was to just buy one rather than relying on the school itself to give you another case; I would never do animation in any class on this

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Legacy model

Strong! A great feeling.

Much better than a normal stylus, stronger construction, a small ring around the buttons prevents the rubber grip from slipping (design flaw of a normal stylus). Has a smooth glide. Although the pen is much stronger than a regular $100 stylus, it must be made of Adamium. I use a stylus instead of a mouse, and artists are picky about their tools, Wacom should know that. The box is dull, looks cool but clunky and impractical. I also never use any small "inkwells". I think it's just a good placeโ€ฆ

Not worth the cost. Get the standard "Grip Pen ".

This pen is identical to the standard pen except for two. The top half of the stylus is made of smooth plastic rather than the slightly softer plastic, and there's a shiny silver plastic frame around the button. The tip of the pen is also a bit sharper, and this pen is a bit lighter. Looking at the pictures I thought the top would be metal so it would be a bit heavier but I was disappointed. The only real difference isn't the pen, it comes with a case, which can be useful if you carry it withโ€ฆ

Pros
  • A lot of positive emotions
Cons
  • There are nuances

I needed a replacement so I figured I needed a replacement. The rubber on my original grip sweated (became sticky) and was just annoying. Found rubbing alcohol to do the trick, but I already found this replacement on Amazon. A little more than I wanted to spend on an art tool at the moment. But the case and the second pen - it's great. It's smaller than the original so you can't put other pens in the case. However, you can put other pens in the pen holders in the case. The case has a magneticโ€ฆ

Not bad, but could be better

Not bad at the sale price (because of the previous generation). In fact, I'm glad I could find it to keep my Intuos 4 running. The travel case is also good, the lid of which prevents dust from sticking to the rubber. But I expected more from a top-notch product that digital artists use every day as their sole tool. It has the same interior as an ordinary ballpoint pen, which deteriorated over the years until it finally ripped out its tiny elastic interior. On the plus side, it replaces theโ€ฆ

Great replacement for Intuos4!

At first I was hesitant about buying a standard pen or paying a little more for a pro. Ballpoint pens at Revain are about $60+ compared to what I've seen, and with a $10 difference I would DEFINITELY recommend hiring a professional instead if you're replacing a case or more need tips! What you get: 1 pro pen 9 standard black nibs 4 spacers (black, green, red and blue) 1 nib extractor 1 case to store all of the above I won't lie, the best part about this case. hands down Everything inside isโ€ฆ

  • There are other interesting options.
