I love some of the reviews that state that the pillow cover didn't stop them from having night sweats due to menopause. FYI, the pillow cover is not a cure all for hormonal sweats. If you have menopause, you will still have hot flashes in the night and sweat. However, the pillowcase does help with making a pillow that holds in a person's body heat and reduce that heat from being absorbed into your pillow to diminish (not stop) the heat from causing you the sweats. From day one this pillowcase helped me stay cooler in the night. It's a soft material and the color (green) is beautiful and matches my bedspread perfect.
