weak plastic in computers and accessories

The plastic is very brittle. I don't plug/unplug USB ports very often - maybe a few times a week. I've had this part for less than a year and the internal screw mounts have already snapped off (the board is attached to the plastic case with several small screws). The body of this device is made entirely of plastic, without metal brackets and reinforcements. For this price the quality should be much better. Now I'm looking for a better alternative.
