The Mi Band 6 is probably one of the best, if not the best, watch/fitness tracker in this price range. Good screen, great battery life and lots of features, but like some other people, I've encountered issues with heart rate monitoring. starts reporting a significantly higher heart rate than it actually is. For example, during cardio training my heart reaches 150-150 beats per second at peak times, Mi Band reported 190 beats per minute, which is 100% wrong because at the same time I have a cheaper Wyze fitness bracelet. , and the treadmill I use at the gym can also monitor my heart rate to confirm more accurate readings. The solution is quite simple, you should wear the watch even tighter and closer to your wrist (2-3 fingers from your wrist) to avoid sweat getting on the sensors, however this can be a bad design as the fitness tracker will deal with it becomes sweaty skin so that it does not stumble. Also, I found Step, Blood Oxygen and Sleep Accuracy pretty accurate since I tested 3 trackers at the same time (Fitbit Flex 2013, measures steps and sleep only), Wyze Band and this Mi Band 6. Modern Fitbits probably have the best sleep accuracy from detailed reviews. I saw it on YouTube, but I can't justify more than $100 for, say, an Inspire 2 with a black and white screen and possibly worse battery life and fewer features to make some REM sleep cycles feel better.
