The perfect little dish for custards, soups, you name it. The reason I purchased this product is because it's made of porcelain and stands up well in baking. Used them over Thanksgiving. I usually use a recipe for 2 pumpkin pies, and create one large pie from it. I used the remaining filling in these ramekins. They baked the custard to perfection.
