The microphone is very poor, the best in Portable Audio & Video
The earpiece is comfortable, works well. The microphone is really deaf. The push-to-talk microphone body doesn't have a hole for it. No matter where you speak, the person on the other end cannot understand you if you are in a semi-noisy environment. I bought several of these in a pack and they were all the same.
