The team of Neon is very professional, they are always willing to help you out when needed, and their customer support department is also great! Their turnaround time for quotes can be quite long (at least 2 weeks) but I think this is because there's so many people working with them. They have helped me translate my first book into Spanish and it came out really well - even though we had some difficulties translating certain terms from English to Spanish as it was not clear enough what those words meant at times. Would definitely recommend if your target language isn't too complicated or technical, otherwise get someone else who knows more about these topics. We were looking for an agency which could take care of our localization needs for our e-learning platform. This turned out to be one of the best decisions ever made - having all translations done by professionals was just perfect.
