I really wanted to love these boxes. I've tried using them with oil and vinegar but I think they work better with thicker dressings and sauces. The opening is too wide and the liquid flows out almost uncontrollably. And the container is too flexible for thin contents. The weight itself pushes the contents out when you open the lid. The lids are then smeared with oil or vinegar, and the bottles and hands must be wiped down before removing. Most likely, most of these problems are not as problematic with thick dressings. I bought a stronger bottle and am very satisfied. But if I ever need to travel with mayonnaise, I'll get it from storage.
