Bought these to take vinegar to work for lunch. The first time I used it I had vinegar on my lunch box. I checked before I put it in and it was fully closed and the lid was tight but somehow managed to spill anyway. I tried again with a different container and the same thing happened. They might be fine for thick liquids like shampoos or the like, but I wouldn't put anything liquid in them unless you want to make a mess!
