Came mostly charged, would still recommend a charge up. Used it to start a completely dead 6 cylinder Jeep and it worked without issue. I thought the wireless charging was a gimmick till I had it with me, no charging cord and a nearly dead phone. If you do keep this in your vehicle, works as an emergency charger and the flashlights not bad. Carrying case is high quality.
