This is the worst quesadilla maker I have ever used. First, you can't fill it with anything because you can't close it to fry it evenly. I had to open it up and turn it with a spatula to cook the front part that wasn't browning. It is very unsanitary to leave food, oil, etc. without thorough cleaning. I do not want to become sick. Second, whatever you put in it goes into the slots and you can't remove the panels to clean the floor and interior. There are also metal structures that protrude and the cheese sticks very poorly to the protruding pieces. I do not recommend this product at all.
