These are used to mount two Logitech Z533 speakers above my StepManiaX arcade dance monitor. They are very easy to use. You simply loosen the two knobs by turning them counterclockwise. Then place the front edge of the platform on the top edge of your TV/monitor. From there, tilt and adjust the "legs" so that when you put weight on the platform, the "legs" are against the vertical surface of the back of the TV/monitor. Once you've bent the "legs" and tightened the knobs by turning them clockwise, you're done. They work great for the way I use them. These things aren't going to fall or break in any way unless someone intentionally pushes them very hard, or I'm rocking my monitor back and forth and back and forth in a whole heap. I'm more than happy with it! Sure, they come across as a bit anemic, but that's only because they're made out of plastic instead of metal or some thicker material. It will feel even thinner when you loosen them to adjust the angle of the "legs". But that's on purpose. As soon as you tighten them, that weak feeling goes away. You can probably break them with your hand if you try to break them in half with any reasonable amount of force. But. do not do that. Rschunimagu. Use them as they are meant to be and I don't see why anyone would ever have trouble with them, seriously!
