Does the job
This toilet seat has been sitting on its porcelain throne for over a year now. Our toilet seat cracked. I bought a new one but it won't stay in place - it dangled and unscrewed. I had to pull up until I couldn't anymore. Then I got this one and it's been solid from the day I installed it. I took off a star because it changed color. There is also superficial damage to the underside. Not quite sure what is causing this. Mine is black, if that matters.
