I have been happy so far with the software. Scheduling has always gone smoothly for me. There are no cons that pertain directly to my work life as HR Manager of my employer. It is really helpful in managing all types of labor related issues within our organization by having real time access to employee information. I can't think about much since its very useful. If you are looking into HR Software then this one seems like the best out here at least right now. From an employment perspective it helps with scheduling employees which saves time for our supervisors. Having data at your disposal when making managerial decisions would be nice too! I love how easy it is for employees to use this app! It makes time tracking super simple with all of their favorite features included in one place. The interface could be improved by adding more color options so that you can easily see what each shift looks like when there are multiple people scheduled at once. This is great if your workforce needs an efficient way to track timesheets as well as manage scheduling conflicts between co workers who work together frequently.
