Love everything about these pants. I just got back from field testing new gear before a week long trip to Appalachia. These pants passed with distinction. Fit: I'm 5'11, 213 cm tall, athletic build but have gained 15 pounds recently. I chose size 36 and it fits perfectly. So what I've been wearing lately is basically by size. There is an elastic band at the waist, which can be pulled up a little if necessary. Comfort: very light and very comfortable. It was muggy yesterday and I felt great in it, up and down the mountain, by the fire and in the tent. Practical: The zip on each leg can be easily opened. Legs detach effortlessly. Works as intended. The shorts look great too. Lots of pockets (6), comfortable and should last a while even with heavy use. They come highly recommended for the reasons above and for the price. The weather was very warm, so I took off my pants almost immediately. Walked away easily. On muddy trails, camping in the woods, crossing mountain slopes and constant use, these pants have endured unscathed. Dries fast too! It's awesome!
