Review on 🔬 Seachem Matrix Carbon 1L by Lisa Price

If there is one carbon to recommend, I recommend the Seachem Matrix carbon. The capacity and durability of this charcoal is unmatched by other brands I have used before. Somewhat uniquely, Seachem manufactures its carbon in spherical form so that it is hydrodynamic and allows water to flow through easily without sticking together. At the time of this review I was using the same charcoal. for just over two months in a 75g tank. It still absorbs odors and keeps water crystal clear with regular water changes. I use (3) Marineland refillable cartridges and they hold Seachem carbon very well; given how small each carbon sphere is. I can't say anything about the negatives. This product definitely exceeded my expectations. You can't go wrong with this carbon. Worth the price!
