Seemed great until it broke and fell to the floor while wearing it because hardware that holds the shoulder strap broke! First time using it and I put in it a small book and my small laptop. If my laptop is damaged is seller gonna pay me? I bet not. So dont buy if you dont wanna risk that happening, or only if you will carry light items like an ipad. My laptop isnt even heavy. Needs new hardware! I dont even know if I should return or go to 99c store and get some climbing clips and make my own contraption for this because the bag itself is very well made. I might switch the hardware for thicker clips. Nevertheless, Im very disappointed and my laptop better not be broken… I have to check when I get home.
