Review on 📚 Ultimate Protection: mCover Hard Shell Case for Microsoft Surface Book Computer 1, 2 & 3 (15-inch Display, Black) by Ron Coleman

Rated! Thursday 13th September 2018 I initially gave them 1 star but after some discussions with the owners I changed my rating because of that. It is a real pleasure to work with the seller/owner. After I emailed them personally through Revain, they were very quick to respond to resolve any issues. This Ipearl company works very hard to keep their customers happy. They get an A+ in customer service! Ipearl went above and beyond the call of duty and personally sent me 2 replacements, both in orange and clear cases! The screen is separated from the hinge. It's about 1/16 inch longer. Otherwise it fits perfectly. No problems with the floor! Fits perfectly like a glove! Check out the photos I have provided. As you can see, they didn't trim the top case to properly fit the 15-inch Surface Book 2. If you look closely at the photos, the case is not mine, maybe around 1/16 inch. If you open your laptop because the sleeve is hanging down, the laptop won't open all the way! So I had to send it back quickly and now I will be buying 2 more and hopefully 1 of 2 will or should fit. From last week. Manufacturer owners said they are now checking if their casting could result in the case not being cut to the exact dimensions. Otherwise these are really great protective cases! Microsoft Surface Book 2!
