Many issues with this case have been mentioned by other reviewers. I just want to repeat them: 1. Contrary to the advertising, the case is not designed for the Surface Book 2 13.5. The bottom of the case has hinges that are too short for the thicker part of the Surface Book 2 13.5 keyboard (other cases like UAG have addressed this, allowing users to remove the rubber inserts that make their Surface Book 1 case smaller) . Body is fine and fits well. Works great in cold temperatures and normal use, email etc. However, at higher temperatures or more intensive use this seems to prevent the surface of the book from cooling properly and getting much hotter than when the cover is removed. I had to remove it - you can attach a case for travel but not for everyday use. I'm not sure how long it will last putting it on and taking it off, it seems like it's going to eventually break sooner rather than later.
