Review on People Intouch by Brett Jarvis

I like that it's accessible to everyone in our organization - from low level employees all the way up to executives and even board members! We also get daily updates about who is working with us or against us so we know what needs attention now and then when there are changes at higher levels of management.

It can be difficult for new users to understand how best to use this software without guidance but their support team is very helpful. This has been an excellent tool for internal communication as well as transparency between different departments within my employer.
