Punchh provides us with a complete marketing solution. They are able to provide us with a range of marketing tools to create different campaigns for our restaurant. The customer service is excellent and they have a great team on the ground. The reporting can be a bit clunky at times. The platform is very intuitive. I would say that there is a bit of a learning curve to get the most out of Punchh. But once you do, it's very powerful. Punchh is a one stop shop for our marketing needs. We are able to create and manage all of our marketing campaigns on the platform. We have been able to create several different campaigns and campaigns that target different types of customers. We are able to create a range of campaigns that are tailored to our specific needs. We are able to manage and track all of our marketing campaigns through Punchh.
