Review on Farberware PurECOok Ceramic Nonstick Bakeware by Jeremy Meyer

At first I was pleased to find a non-stick ceramic baking pan. However, after less than two months of occasional use, baking a few chicken thighs, french fries, a few pork chops and assorted veggies, I found the finish had failed. (See photo). Cleaning of this "non-stick" item has never been good and this item has never been in the dishwasher and has only been cleaned with Dawn and a nylon non-stick cleaning pad. I find this surprising given my perception of Farberware as a quality product. I do not recommend this item. On the other hand, I recently bought a couple of Green Pan non-stick pans and they have been absolutely amazing.
